I understand that by submitting this form electronically, I agree to release and covenant to hold harmless Missaukee Humane Society and its employees, board of directors or agents from any claims, damages, costs, or actions incurred because of the care or actions of the foster pet(s). I accept full responsibility for my foster pets while in my care, and release Missaukee Humane Society from any liabilities or damages that may be incurred because of fostering such pet(s). I agree and authorize Missaukee Humane Society to complete reference checks and conduct a home visit prior to fostering and schedule visits as needed. I agree that if I am unable to foster, I will return the animal(s) to Missaukee Humane Society.
